Returns Policy

Your purchases are 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases just return them within 30 days in their original condition and we will refund 100% of the purchase price (excluding the shipping). Our harness has a 1 year unconditional warranty. If any part fails you have 30 days to return the failed part and we will repair or replace it absolutely free except for shipping.  Only one replacement or repair per failed part. Please e-mail for return instructions.All returns from the US must be by USPS(United States postal service).

If you are placing an order from an International destination please call or email us for your shipping fee.

When making your order, either online or over the phone, please be sure to supply a Civic House # and not a P.O. BOX # for your shipping address. Our shipping company, Purolator, WILL NOT deliver to a P.O. BOX #. Thank you!

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping and handling and tax charges are extra where applicable.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
